What we collect
When you submit a quote request through our website, we collect the information you give us: name, phone number, email address, city, project details, and any photos or notes you provide. We do not collect any other personal information unless you choose to send it to us.
How we use it
The information you submit is used only to respond to your quote request, schedule a site visit if appropriate, and follow up on your project. We do not sell, rent, share, or otherwise disclose your personal information to third parties, with two exceptions:
- FormSubmit.co - the form-handling service that delivers your submission to our inbox. They process your data solely for delivery and do not retain it.
- Financeit - only if you specifically request a financing pre-qualification. We will never share your information with Financeit (or any lender) without your explicit consent.
Cookies & analytics
This site uses Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how visitors find and use the site. GA4 sets first-party cookies that record anonymized visit data (pages viewed, source, device type). It does not capture personally identifiable information. You can opt out at any time using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
Your rights
You have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to request a copy, to request correction of errors, and to request deletion. To exercise any of these rights, email james.delacey01@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days.
Security
Quote submissions are transmitted over HTTPS. Once received, your information is stored only in our email and our project management system, both of which require multi-factor authentication.
