Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using the Canmore Deck Builders website (canmoredeckbuilders.ca), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Information accuracy
We make a reasonable effort to keep information on this site accurate and current, including pricing ranges, lead times, and material recommendations. However, all figures shown are estimates and may change without notice. Final project pricing, scope, and timeline are confirmed in a written quote following an on-site consultation. Nothing on this website constitutes a binding offer.
Quotes & contracts
A submitted quote request does not create a contractual obligation. A binding agreement is only formed when both parties sign a written contract specifying scope, materials, price, and timeline.
Warranty information
The "lifetime workmanship guarantee" described on this site applies to structural connections installed by Canmore Deck Builders on projects completed under a signed contract. Specific warranty terms - including transferability, exclusions, and the process for making a claim - are provided in writing with each completed project. Material warranties (decking, fasteners, membrane) are pass-through manufacturer warranties; we will provide all applicable documentation at project completion.
Intellectual property
All content on this site - text, images, design - is the property of Canmore Deck Builders or its licensors and is protected under Canadian copyright law. You may not reproduce or republish material from this site without written permission.
Third-party links
This site links to third-party websites (Financeit, Google, FormSubmit, Trex, TimberTech, Duradek). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party site.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Canmore Deck Builders is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. Your use of the site is at your own risk.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Alberta.
